Soda Fountains
When I was a teenager, I went to a soda fountain at Walgreen's. My parents said that drug/department store soda fountains were popular when they were growing up. My mom said that she would get a cherry Coca-Cola which contained a squirt of real cherry syrup in it. They also served the typical burgers fries, malts, sundaes, etc. Tell us your memories of soda fountains. What was your favorite teen hangout?
