I viewed a report on TV yesterday that memory function improves if people over 55 exercise and eat a healthy balance of foods, including fruits and vegetables.  It seems that excessive multi-tasking send too much information at once to the brain, therefore causing it to absorb less information, thus, bad memory.

So, if you want to improve your memory, get off the couch, out from the computer and take a brisk walk, eat healthy and don't give your mind too much all at once.  If it works, maybe you can remember to let me know!  I'm going to try it myself :-)

I agree with this report.  It's a matter of having balance in our lives and doing a variety of things so that you can focus on doing each well, DOES sharpen our thinking.
