AARP membership spans a 45+ age range .. that's at least 2 generations, and a wide span of attitudes about life! Some of us are lucky enough to have retired early, and are still doing OK despite the economy. We younger retirees between 50 and 62/65 don't get Social Security or Medicare yet, and have different interests, physical abilities and concerns, than those over 62/65. We are a small subset of AARP-eligible people .. and THIS is OUR Group!
