I have formed this group for men or women that are over 50 and currently dating or perhaps seeking a future partner that is much younger than you. Lets talk about the Pros and Cons of age gap relationships and share thoughts. I myself am currently dating a much younger woman and love her very much but seem to really be catching it from the front end, with friends and family. Please share thoughts and suggestions with me on how to deal with this

It would be nice to know what other AARP members feel about getting old?
Now that my kids are grown and have their own lives, I find that although I have more time to pursue things I never had time for before, it is no longer so desirable or attractive. It gets harder to go out and have fun, and there are not that many friends to go out with! Today I (in my 50's) put on a beige blouse and peach pants. As I was about to have breakfast. My mom is in her 80?s.
First my mom looked at me with disgust (not disgust at me but like how could you wear that outfit)
Mom: ?You know I don?t like the way that looks - the blouse looks like pajamas with those pants?
Me: ?I know I don?t like the way it looks either?
