I for one have really enjoyed turning 50. I am 52 now,..kind of got
started slow here but now I am really into it. I had always had ingrown
toenails in my big toes, so with some persuasion from my gf I went to
get them looked at,...the doc said no problem, wanted me to get some
blood work done, see if I had high sugar or anything. Well it was a

Hi,
I had a Right Total Knee Replacement Surgery done on April 15, 2008. I was in the hospital 4 days. Then, I had 9 in-home therapy sessions before going to a Regular Therapist where I had 32 Sessions 3 times a week. The Regular Therapist gave me a schedule to follow at my gym every other day. I am still doing the Therapy on my own. I also ice my leg down every day about 2 or 3 times a day. I served the Gulf War Desert Storm and have lot of medical problems Im sure Im not alone with this just seeing if any other Vets are on here with simular problems

piece of advice to all "over the hill guys" go get your blood checked for PSA Did mine three month ago, just a routine, and found that the PSA was 4.1 was sent to have a biopsy done and found some of the big "C" in there. I just finished 25 treatments of external radiation and in a month will have seed implanted in my prostate. So, don't wait till it's too late. Just my 2 cents.
