An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. As we embark along the journey of the aging process, what are you doing to stay healthy and fit? Most of us know the obvious - limit sun exposure, avoid alcohol abuse and kick the tobacco habit. What else is working for you? Share your tips, questions, and concerns in this forum. And, since in our culture health and finances are often so closely related, what are you doing to stay financially healthy?

I am a female and even if I were a male I would never look as good as Sylvester Stallone at age 61 (my age) but I have started taking the health care products that he created and uses and I feel so much better and I would love to share this information with anyone who is interested in finding out how they can too

Woman alone through cirmstances that have no family or family living far away. Women open to building a life of sharing and caring . Women ideally should be open to new ideas and be non judgmental. Financial independence imprortant. With these in place woman can bond, gain trust strenthen emotional growth while being there for each other
