This group was originally started on the prospero site by Clarice. I have been unable to get in touch with her so that she could start the discussion going here. I would hate to lose this wonderful group so I'm going to start it up in honor of Clarice.

This group has been created to discuss our families who, like so many before them, came to this country from overseas. My family is from Russia, Scotland and Switzerland, and my father was the first natural born American in my family.
