Frugal Seniors must learn how to pinch pennies to live well in difficult times. The news that the Social Security cost of living adjustment for 2010 will be ZERO makes this even more necessary

I have a long list of generic walmart $4.00 prescriptions, less for 90 days, that I printed out. I take this list with me to any doctor I visit. Most of the time the doctor will find a prescription on this list that i will be able to substitute for for a non-generic prescription. I find it saves me a lot of money.
