About Me

I try to live life as well as possible, though often I fall short of what I would like it to be, but I always keep on chugging along. I spent many years in the U. S. Air Force (USAF) during the draft days in Security Police, I lived and worked in Korea for two of the four years enlisted. Then after separating from the USAF, I went to College in southern New Mexico starting in Alamogordo at a very nice branch of the New Mexico State University (NMSU). After a few years of going there during the 1970's, I moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico to the main campus with my first wife Judy. After a few years there I graduated in Anthropology. I had also joined the ROTC while in at NMSU in Las Cruces so when I graduated I was also Commissioned as an Officer in the Air Force and worked in Communications-electronics in the United Kingdom for three years. I loved England, the cool climate, the little village of Glatton which I lived in (and the wonderful British Pub next door). When I separated from the USAF for the second time we moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where I ended up working as a Planner in the New Mexico State Government Medicaid Division. I worked in the State Government for fifteen years

Interests:
I like both football and classical music and I used to go to the Santa Fe Opera when I lived in Santa Fe. I sometimes do volunteer work with the local Knights of Columbus here in Reno.
