Right at Home is a national home-care organization that provides in-home care and assistance services to seniors and to disabled adults. The organization’s employees provide assistance with services such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

Flexible assignments are available on all shifts, part-time or full-time. All employees are bonded and insured. Right at Home seeks two types of applicants:
- Candidates looking to enter the field as companions or homemakers or as office assistants. Specific health care experience is NOT required. Free skills-training is provided.
- Professionals who have experience in the field as caregivers, home-health aides, nursing assistants, or nurses. Free skills-training is also provided.
