It's been very hard for the last 18 months. I tried doing things all myself without asking for help but I do not recommend it you can end up sick or hurt. I have help now but I found it myself. My mom has had four falls in 18 months and broke right ankle, left hip and right hip this last Christmas. Last fall was her falling in bathroom with wet hands and hit face with her sit stand Walker. Unfortunately I was not home when any of them happen because I was working. I ended up with severe depression. I say always ask family or friends for help no matter what.
