FROM GEORGIA

Atris is 86 years young. I started being my mother's caregiver November 2016, after being my father caregiver for years until God call him home. My mother had a stroke in November 5, 2016, she has a touch of dementia. I work Monday through Friday, I'm a special Ed Paraprofessional. I work with SID/PID kids for 18 years. My mother is my life. I've raised three kids and I raised my grandson. My mother cared and carried me when I was young and now that she need me to carry her and I will for the rest of her life. Yes it's not easy, but as God give me strength, I'm going to be there for her. Sometimes we laugh and sometimes we cry. We pray for better days to come. She a soft hearted person, sweet, beautiful inside and out. Love her family and friends, we have the same spirit. My neice and my sister do what they can to help me. Sometimes I have to go to the doctor high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep disorder, but I pray that God keep me going. We don't get any help but from Jesus Christ. My grandkids keep me going, and brighten up our face. I tell my mother that we're like peaunt butter and jelly, we stick together until the end. My end or her end, until Jesus return. Pray me and my family and I'll pray for yours, stay strong.
