I am still working outside of the home and am the primary caregiver for my husband, who has stage 4 COPD. I am looking at going in for total knee replacement surgery, and it seems I tend to get overwhelmed at times. Charlie does do some of the housework for me and cooks from time to time. I do try and get him out of the house as much as he feels well enough, which is not often. Any suggestions as to ways to make things a little easier, we live on a very tight income and rarely have a lot of money left over at the end of our month.
