FROM SOUTH CAROLINA

Hi, my name is Tina and I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Graniteville, SC. I'm honored to be looking after my 88 year old grandmother Ruthie who is in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease and has Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). I'm currently out of work and being that my daughters are now grown I am able to be with her 24/7. On her good days I love sitting around and hearing stories about the good ol' days and singing spirituals or reading the Bible. I help my grandmother by cooking her 3 meals a day, giving her medication, running errands, and taking care of her business. I cherish each and every day we spend together. I'm often scared of her one day not remembering me but I also know I have let go and let God and be strong for Grandma Ruthie.
