En español | Known for her role as the unhinged Vee in Orange Is the New Black, she recently costarred on NBC's The Village and AMC's Into the Badlands. With all the great roles coming her way, Toussaint has said she feels like she's in the midst of a “Lorraineassance.”

April 12: Herbie Hancock, 80
A protégé of Miles Davis and owner of 14 Grammys, Hancock has been described as “arguably the most influential practitioner of modern jazz piano.” His switch to electronic instruments (evident in his funky 1983 music-video hit “Rockit,” which featured scratching, synthesizers and robots) helped revolutionize the sound of jazz.

April 22: Peter Frampton, 70
As a solo artist, this British singer-songwriter and guitarist's 1976 concert album Frampton Comes Alive! dominated the airwaves and sold 8 million copies in the U.S., and his hits such as “Baby, I Love Your Way” and “I'm in You” are still classic-rock radio staples. In October, he'll release a memoir, Do You Feel Like I Do?

April 23: Valerie Bertinelli, 60
Bertinelli, America's teen sweetheart in 1975 on the CBS sitcom One Day at a Time, is now a TV chef. The ex-wife of rocker Eddie Van Halen switched career gears when she joined the Food Network in 2015. She won her first Emmy last year as host of Valerie's Home Cooking.

April 25: Al Pacino, 80
Pacino is Hollywood royalty who has been Oscar-nominated nine times across five decades, starting with 1973's The Godfather and most recently for his Jimmy Hoffa role in The Irishman (he won best actor in 1993 for Scent of a Woman). He plays Meyer Offerman, a philanthropist and Holocaust survivor who leads a band of Nazi hunters in 1977, on the Amazon series Hunters.

April 26: Melania Trump, 50
The former Slovenian-American fashion model and current first lady of the United States married Donald Trump in 2005 and became a U.S. citizen in 2006. In 2018 she launched her “Be Best” campaign to advocate for young people who become targets of cyberbullying.

This retired professional tennis player — whose nickname was “The Punisher” — is a former world No. 1. In a 20-plus-year tour career, he was an eight-time Grand Slam champion and a 1996 Olympic gold medalist. He's married to German tennis star Steffi Graf.

This nearly 6-foot-tall actress appeared in 1988's Dangerous Liaisons, among other movies, but her breakout role was as Mia Wallace, a mobster's saucy wife in Quentin Tarantino's 1994 film Pulp Fiction. She stars next in a sci-fi flick Tau Ceti 4 from Die Hard director John McTiernan.
