Irving is a respected actress, but she may be better known as Steven Spielberg’s ex-wife. The thrice-wed mother of two sons is currently married to documentary filmmaker Kenneth Bowser. Lately she’s been more active in theater than film and TV. Birthday: Sept. 10, 1953

John Travolta, 60

Travolta’s 16-year-old son, Jett, died following a seizure in 2009 — “the worst thing that’s ever happened in my life,” he’s said. The Pulp Fiction star has two other children with his wife, actress Kelly Preston, and is a trained pilot with a fleet of planes. Birthday: Feb. 18, 1954

Pierce Brosnan, 61

The former James Bond mixes up his action movies with rom-coms such as 2014’s The Love Punch. He sure sounded romantic recently, gushing to a reporter that when longtime wife Keely Shaye Smith looks at him, “I go weak.” Birthday: May 16, 1953  

Jane Seymour, 63

The British actress is not only a former Bond Girl (and star of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman), but also an accomplished painter. Seymour, a mother of four and a grandmother of four, split from her fourth husband, actor-director James Keach, in 2013. Birthday: Feb. 15, 1951  

Olivia Newton-John, 66

The Australian actress and singer of Grease fame is a breast cancer survivor and big-time donor to cancer research. Newton-John, a twice-married mom with a grown daughter, kicked off her long-running show, Summer Nights, in Las Vegas in April 2014. Birthday: Sept. 26, 1948

Liam Neeson, 62

These days the Schindler’s List star, who lost wife Natasha Richardson to a fatal skiing accident in 2009, is an action-flick kind of guy (2014’s Non-Stop). Time praised him as “a mature, real man in an era of superhero fantasy.” Birthday: June 7, 1952  

Sting, 63

Adding to his many other accomplishments, Sting has written a musical, The Last Ship, that’s set in a shipyard in his English hometown. It opened on Broadway in October 2014. The father of six kids is married to his second wife, Trudie Styler. Birthday: Oct. 2, 1951

Sigourney Weaver, 65

One of our first female action stars, in 1979’s Alien, Weaver always seems to land strong roles, such as in 2009’s Avatar. (Her character died at the end but appears in upcoming sequels. Hey, it’s sci-fi!) She’s married to filmmaker Jim Simpson. Birthday: Oct. 8, 1949  

Sonia Braga, 63

Best known for her role in 1985’s Kiss of the Spider Woman, Brazilian actress Sonia Braga (arriving at the 2012 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year gala), is also known for her romances with Robert Redford and rocker David Lee Roth. Birthday: June 8, 1950
