Love on a Limb (2016)

Every small town has that one old oak tree where residents have made memories. In the movies — as in real life — there's always someone threatening to take it down. Of course, in a Hallmark movie, he's a handsome landscaper. It's easy to root for do-gooder Aimie when she chains herself to the tree while trying to win over the landscaper.

Love Struck Café (2017)

The big bad developer is a common trope in Hallmark movies, but this one has an interesting twist — the architect trying to buy up land to build a commercial complex is homegrown.
