I changed my address and I’m not getting the publications

Mailing labels print four to six weeks before our publications go out in the mail. This process can cause an issue where our publications ship to the address that was active during the creation of the label. 

I recently joined AARP. When can I expect my first copies of your publications?

The AARP Bulletin is monthly while AARP The Magazine is bi-monthly. So, receiving your first publication depends on when you joined. You can also call us at the number listed above to request the magazine or bulletin sooner, at no cost.
