Know your rights
Airlines will rebook you for free on their next available flight (or sometimes on another carrier) or must offer a refund on the unused portion of your flight.
Rebook quickly
• Call the airline’s customer service line.
• While on hold, go to the airline’s airport customer service desk.
• While waiting, try rebooking on the airline’s mobile website.
• Work with whichever method gets you rebooked first.
Check your emotions
