BEHIND THE SCENES at this magazine—and its sister publication, the AARP Bulletin—labors one of the most talented and productive creative teams in the publishing industry. Led by AARP Publications Creative Director Scott A. Davis, these graphic designers, photo editors and production gurus also determine the look and feel of a slew of AARP products that you might not be familiar with, including digital newsletters, members-only exclusives, original photography for social media, and one-off mini magazines and books. And the team’s industry peers approve: This group routinely wins top honors in the most prestigious design competitions.
