Nationwide Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Raytheon for Age Discrimination in Hiring
The suit filed on June 11, 2024, in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts asserts Raytheon’s practice of reserving positions exclusively for recent graduates discriminates against older workers in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Massachusetts Fair Employment Practices Act, and the Virginia Human Rights Act.
