They’re adapted for the AARP Veteran Report from our book Aviation Quiz Book: From Airbus to Zeppelin, which takes you from the highs of first flights, through many milestones, to the most modern aerial innovations.

Khalem Chapman is deputy editor of Air Forces Monthly and also writes for Key Publishing’s other modern military titles Combat Aircraft and AIR International, along with its digital platform Key Aero. A three-time Aerospace Media Awards nominee, Khalem specializes in modern military aviation and has experience as a photographer, videographer and editor.

 

Martin Needham is an aviation photographer and journalist who is the editor of Aviation News magazine. He previously worked airside at Manchester Airport and was instrumental in the creation of aviation enthusiast events company Threshold.aero.
