Yes, AARP members can save up to 35% off base rates at Avis and Budget, 5% off rentals from Payless Car Rental and discounts from other car rental companies through the AARP Travel Center Powered by Expedia.

Does Budget offer an AARP discount?

Yes. AARP members can save up to 35% off base rates at Budget when choosing the Pay Now option at reservation or up to 30% off when you choose to Pay Later at the pickup counter — plus, you can get an upgrade on your compact through full-size car class booking (based on availability), add an extra driver at no cost and more. 

Does Avis offer an AARP discount?

Yes.
