ABOUT

Paul Lingamfelter is a policy advisor at the AARP Public Policy Institute (PPI), where he researches and reports on national long-term services and supports (LTSS) issues and trends, most notably as co-author for the ongoing Long-Term Services and Supports State Scorecard. He contributes to the data collection, validation, and analysis for numerous PPI recurring or stand-alone publications.

Before joining AARP, Lingamfelter served as a volunteer EMT with the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue department.

He holds a master’s degree in health systems management (MHA) from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the Virginia Military Institute.
