This five-minute intermediate class is designed to target your core and lower back muscles while improving your posture and building functional strength. Coach Karina Da Rocha will lead a variety of exercises that engage and strengthen your midline. The exercises are best done on a mat and include mountain climber, bicycle crunches, high planks, reverse planks and child’s pose. If you need to rest or skip a movement, take a break.
