Improve Your Range of Motion With 30-Minute Mobility Class

This 30-minute full-body mobility workout focuses on optimizing your range of motion. By improving your range of motion, you can help reduce the risk of injuries in daily life and other physical activities.

This beginner- to intermediate-level class is done entirely on the floor, so start by sitting on your mat and removing your shoes. Coach Marta Seremet will guide you through multiple sessions that are built to improve your fluidity and posture by strengthening ligaments and tendons, and releasing fascia through stretching. Maintain regular breathing throughout, and if you feel any resistance or pain, stretch carefully, making sure not to overextend yourself.
