Improve Arm, Core and Leg Strength With This Power Flow Yoga Workout

30-minute class can also help build stamina and reduce stress

Video run time is 30 minutes, 48 seconds.

This 30-minute power flow yoga class aims to improve flexibility and strength. Coach Erin Chiarelli will lead you through a synchronization of your breath and continuous movement through various poses. Power flow yoga, also known as power Vinyasa, offers several benefits, including building overall body strength and improving mobility.

You’ll start on a mat, but if you have sensitive knees, put a blanket or something soft underneath them. If kneeling on the floor is painful or not easy, grab a yoga block or book to support your legs.

Remember to maintain regular breathing throughout and take breaks as needed. If you feel any resistance or pain, stretch carefully without overextending yourself.

Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
