Energize Your Day With This 10-Minute Lower-Body Workout

This 10-minute low-impact strength class blends elements from Pilates, dance and yoga into a high-energy workout. Led by coach Niki Pislis, the session includes a combination of lifting, pulsing and isometric holds that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized. Make sure you have a chair nearby — you can use it to assist in multiple movements or you’ll hear instructions on how to use your own body for support.

Remember to maintain regular breathing throughout, take breaks as needed, and if you feel any resistance or pain, stretch carefully without overextending yourself.​​
