Chair yoga is great for multiple reasons: It’s accessible for all ages and abilities, it minimizes risk of falls or injuries and it focuses on breath work and mindful movement.

In this gentle yoga class, you’ll start from a seated position as coach Erin Chiarelli teaches various poses that help with flexibility and mobility. This short class — 10 minutes — can be easily incorporated into your daily routine.
