13 Restaurants with Deals and Freebies for National Cookie Day

Count on a cookie or three to sweeten up your day on Monday, Dec. 4. It’s National Cookie Day, and there are deals and cookies galore no matter what your favorite kind is. Check out where you can get a free cookie for yourself or to share.

Insomnia Cookies

The baked goods chain is starting the cookie celebration early. From Friday, Dec. 1, through Monday, Dec. 4, show the Insomnia app in-store or order for delivery in the app and you can score a free classic cookie and a deluxe cookie for $1. Additionally, if you order 12 cookies online, you can get 12 for free; or if you buy six cookies in-store, you can get six for free.

Subway

You’ve had their footlong subs, but have you tried a footlong chocolate chip cookie? On National Cookie Day, customers in Chicago, Dallas, Miami Beach, Florida, or New York City can stop by select locations from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. for a free footlong cookie with the purchase of a footlong sub. The footlong cookie will be available nationwide in January, but the deal is only available Monday at the following locations while supplies last:

1222 Commerce St., Suite 150, Dallas
2795 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, Florida
545 8th Ave., New York City

If you’re not in those locations, you can still treat yourself to a regular cookie if you’re a Subway MVP Rewards member. Members can get a free cookie with the purchase of a 6-inch or footlong sub.

Tiff’s Treats

Stop by a Tiff’s location for a free cookie on Monday. If you’re shopping online, use the code HOLIDAY 30 to get 30 percent off your order from Dec. 4 through Dec. 10. Cookie lovers should also keep an eye out on Tiff’s social channels and their inboxes for additional promos that will roll out throughout the week.

Chip City Cookies

Anyone with the Chip City app can get a free cookie by using the promo code CHOCOLATE at checkout. The offer is limited to pickup orders and only one cookie per customer while supplies last. The cookie chain has locations throughout the East Coast.

Great American Cookies

Buy five cookies and get one free when you order in person at Great American Cookies locations throughout the country.

Dirty Dough

This cookie company with locations throughout the U.S. specializes in having “some combination of layers, mix-ins, or filling” within the cookie dough. On Monday, they’re filling their cookies with savings, offering 20 percent off any order of chocolate chip cookies, whether you order just one or a dozen.

REAL Cookies

The vegan, gluten- and grain-free cookie brand is offering a 20 percent discount on website orders from Monday, Dec. 4, through Sunday, Dec. 10. Use the code CookieWeek2023 at checkout. Those following the brand on Instagram can also enter a giveaway by liking, sharing and tagging friends on REAL Cookies’ posts for a chance to win a bundle of Cookie Poppers (bite-size, mini cookies).

Levain

The bakery is observing the cookie holiday by offering free shipping on 12-packs of cookies. The treats are baked and shipped nationwide on the same day, so you’re guaranteed a fresh cookie no matter where you’re shipping your batch.

Fazoli’s

Make any purchase at this pizza chain and get a free cookie at participating locations. There are over 220 locations throughout 27 states.

Johnny Rockets

When you make a purchase at Johnny Rockets Dec. 4 through Dec. 8, you can get a free chocolate chip cookie. Just mention the promo in-store; the deal is not available online or for delivery orders.

Fatburger

Mention “Cookie Day” in-store or use the code COOKIEDAY when making a purchase online at Fatburger to get a free cookie. The deal is not available if you order through a third-party delivery app.

Round Table Pizza

If you’re a Round Table Royal Rewards Member, you can get a free cookie when you buy two. The deal is available at participating locations for dine-in, carryout and delivery. The pizza chain has locations primarily on the West Coast.
