You treat your grandchildren when they visit, and now it’s your special day to pamper yourself. National Grandparents’ Day is Sunday, Sept. 10, and there are plenty of deals and discounts of which to take advantage. Our list below contains national, online and regional promotions, and a few special reminders for AARP members.

National and online deals

Select treats at Edible Arrangements are 15 percent off with the code “SWEETDEAL15” on the website. The fruit and sweet treats site also has suggestions for treats grandparents may enjoy.

Kick back with a warm cup of tea from Harney & Sons Master Tea Blenders. The discount code “FALLFLAVORS23” will give you 20 percent off the tea-maker’s Fall Flavors line. The discount is valid all weekend.

Use the discount code “FLAVOR” at checkout and save on Wolferman’s Bakery pastries and baked goods. You can get 10 percent off a $59 minimum purchase, 15 percent off of a $79 dollar minimum purchase or 20 percent off a $99 minimum purchase. The deal runs through Sept. 11 for select items. You can also search the designated Grandparents’ Day Gifts section for additional ways to treat yourself.

If your sweet tooth is aching for something a bit sweeter, Cheryl’s Cookies also has options for gift baskets you can treat yourself to on Grandparents’ Day. Check out the sales tab for deals on their boxes of assorted cookies, some going for up to 50 percent off the original price.

If you’re a Dunkin’ Rewards member, the doughnut and coffee chain has ways for you to treat yourself in September. You can get a free order of hash browns with the purchase of a breakfast sandwich, and a medium hot or iced signature latte (including the Pumpkin Spice flavor) will only set you back $3.

For crafty grandparents needing new supplies, those who are 55 or older with a Michaels Rewards account can take 10 percent off purchases every day. The website is also advertising 20 percent off all regularly priced items using the code DAILY23US through Sept. 14.

If you decide to make a shopping day out of your holiday, Tanger Outlets is offering a 10 percent discount at Yankee Candle through the end of the year for anyone 55 or older. If you prefer to shop online and you haven’t registered your email with Yankee Candle, you can save more. The website offers 15 percent off your entire first purchase when you sign up via email or mobile. If you register both your phone number and email, you get 20 percent off your entire purchase.

For the adventurous grandparents over 62: The National Parks America the Beautiful Senior Pass is $20 for an annual park pass and $80 for a lifetime park pass. You can purchase the passes in person at these federal sites. If you purchase online or by mail, there’s an additional $10 processing fee.
