Welcome to the first class of instructor Amy Havens' Spine Health series, from Pilates Anytime, an online streaming platform.

In this 30-minute Pilates class, Amy teaches a full-body workout with an emphasis on your abdominals and back muscles. With her clear cueing and clever imagery, you'll feel and truly understand how to activate your core muscles and create more length in your spine, making the effects of Pilates more profound. 

Required prop: a hand or tea towel.
