Pilates Anytime: Mind and Body Concentration

Welcome to the third class of instructor Erin Wilson’s Begin Pilates series, from Pilates Anytime, an online streaming platform.

In this mat class, you will begin with a seated assessment that warms up your abdominals, spine and inner thighs. This will set you up for success throughout the rest of the class. Erin’s teaching approach is clear, intelligent and really fun.

Suggested prop: a couple of towels or a thick blanket.

Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
