Welcome to the fourth class of instructor Erin Wilson’s Begin Pilates series, from Pilates Anytime, an online streaming platform.
Erin encourages you to move mindfully and with precision, another important Pilates principle. In this mat class, you will deepen your relationship to Pilates, as well as find mobility throughout your body. You will really start noticing a difference in your body by the end of this class. As always, have fun with it and be kind to yourself.
Suggested prop: a towel for cushioning
