Whether this is your recovery after a workout or you are giving those muscles some extra love, your body will thank you for making time for this 11-minute full-body stretch with coach Erin Chiarelli. You can do this any time of the day, as needed. You’ll start by lying flat on your back on your mat. From there, you’ll slowly incorporate gentle arm and leg stretches. There are options for using blocks and a folded towel for support.
