Video run time is 30 minutes, 42 seconds.

This 30-minute yoga class is great for those interested in a gentle practice. Through a series of slow-paced movements, this class will focus on your strength, balance and flexibility. Coach Carolina Alegria will guide you through a class that starts with you on your mat, kneeling with your arms above your head and palms down on the mat. You can have a sturdy chair or foam blocks or a folded towel nearby for support.

Remember to maintain regular breathing throughout and take breaks as needed. If you feel any resistance or pain, stretch carefully without overextending yourself.

Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
