This 10-minute guided meditation with coach Mica Peng will focus on uplifting your energy through various techniques and help you be more present, refreshed and refocused.

You can start the meditation seated, either on the floor or on a chair. Sit straight up and rest your hands in your lap or at your sides. Tuck in your chin slightly to release the back of your neck and close your eyes. Gentle music plays in the background, and you can easily do this meditation any time of day.
