Dumbbell Workout Builds Lower-Body Strength

This 10-minute class targets glutes and legs

Video run time is 11 minutes, 19 seconds.
Courtesy: LIFT session

This 10-minute dumbbell workout with coach Lindsay Belzie is designed to help build functional strength and muscular endurance while helping you develop lean muscle. Strength classes will include a variety of circuits targeting the largest muscles in your body — your glutes and legs. Get outside of your comfort zone, get sweaty and get stronger! If you don’t have a set of dumbbells, you can use full water bottles instead. Make sure you are steady on your mat and use a chair for stability.

Remember to maintain regular breathing throughout and take breaks as needed. If you feel any resistance or pain, stretch carefully without overextending yourself.

Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
