This Full-Body Warm-up Gets You Ready for Action

Whether you're getting ready to do a long hike or play your favorite sport, it’s important to do a proper warm-up first. In this 10-minute full body video, coach Farrell Kaufman shows you how to prepare your body for daily activities as well your next workout. This class will help increase blood flow, reduce risk of injury, alleviate muscle soreness and improve performance. The only equipment needed is a sturdy chair, where you’ll start the workout with some breath work.
