Whether this is your recovery after a workout or you are giving those muscles some extra love, your body will thank you for making time for this 10-minute lower body stretch, guided by coach Erin Chiarelli. You’ll start by lying flat on your back on your mat. From there, you’ll slowly incorporate gentle arm and leg stretches, working in stretches for every part of your body. No extra equipment is needed.
