Full-Body Pilates Class Can Strengthen Core, Improve Posture

This 10-minute upper- and lower-body Pilates class will target all major muscle groups while helping you strengthen your core and improve postural alignment and flexibility. Develop and sculpt your body in this class that will leave you feeling aligned and energized. Use a chair for assistance as needed.

Remember to maintain regular breathing throughout and take breaks as needed. If you feel any resistance or pain, stretch carefully without overextending yourself.
